Project Manager/ Project Engineer - Fire and Security (South Wales)
Worked in Fire and Security Commissioning... Have Project management / engineer skills with main contractors, and in or near South Wales, lets chat!
BENEFITS : for Fire Alarm Project Manager, Security Project Manager (or Project Engineer / Senior Commissioning Engineer to progress too PM)
- £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
- + 33 days + Car or Allowance
- + ££ Overtime (if hands on commissioning if needed at end)
- Will Progress a Commissioning / Project Engineer
- Good bonus's for Project Manager for profit
- 90% work in South Wales/ Commutable
OVERVIEW of Project Manager (Will progress Project Engineer or Commissioning Engineer)
Seeking a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Fire or Security Commissioning Engineer, or Senior Installation Engineer with a strong background in the fire and security and New Build Construction sector who would like to progress or a Project Manager with existing Fire & Security skills, who'd like to work a better company doing role and progressing career, and work with great team.
ROLE/ COMPANY
- Join a team of 3 other PM's who have progressed from engineer and know what are doing.
- Manage fire and security projects with main contractors and construction teams.
- Oversee installation, commissioning (hands on if needed at end) of systems installations.
- Coordinate project progress, identify risks, Resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, client and stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS for Project Manager (Will progress Project Engineer or Commissioning Engineer
- Proven experience in fire and security project management or Leading Fire and Security Installation engineering where you have project managed or been lead commissioning or Project engineer duties.
- Familiarity with construction projects with main contractors.
- Strong technical background in both fire alarm systems, and Security (CCTV, access control, intruder Alarms), etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
