Installation Manager - Fire Alarm Systems - £50-55k - North London
Can you be in North London and Project Manage multiple small Fire Installs? Role too ensure design is ti FIA/ BS5839 (L&P) standards and installed correctly.

Role - Installation Manager/ Project Manager - Fire Alarm/ Life Safety/ AOV
- Installation Manage/ Project Manage multiple Installations per week - with a larger 4-8 week duration project usually alongside.
- Use knowledge to ensure Fire Alarm external FRA (Fire risk assessments) and surveys comply with Fire detection/ BS5839 standards, and are also what clients want, or need to meet budgets
- Work with team to ensure not over engineered and comply to regs.
- Fire Alarm, AOV and related Project Management
- Installation Management of £1k - £50k projects (mostly smaller)
- Resource Planning and allocation of subbies as needed
Requirements for Installation Manager/ Project Manager (Fire Alarm/ AOV)
- Preferably - Social Housing, Residential, Care homes experience
- Experience with Project Managing multiple smaller install Projects
- Fire Alarm Design skills too be able to check Risk assessments
- Can travel by train or car too North London (Near Arsenal Stadium)
- Fine with an office role to be part of the team
