Operations Manager (Fire and Security Install)- Surrey/ South West London - £50k - £70k + package
Requirements
- Must be from Security Background (NACOSS/ NSI)
- have experience of growth of a Fire and Security/ Alarm Business
- Be fine to visit sites and help Project Managers and Onsite staff too deliver excellence and finish projects with advice and support from your Fire and Security (Access, CCTV, Intruder, Alarm past)
- Commutable to Chessington/ Surbiton, Surrey (daily)
Company/ Role
The company is well accredited and has pipeline or customers and sales, but now needing Operations Management as owner needs to step back, You will manage Operations of this Install and Service business (cctv, access, intruder, Fire alarm) and ensure quality and projects are delivered (30% onsite) and then ensure office runs smoothly and company deliver on promises to help companies with their security systems and upgrades in London and M25 .
You will Lead the business operations (with full owner support).
This is an opportunity to use the Intruder Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV skills you have, but in an operations Manager role in Surrey.
Either way this is a role where NSI Audits, Technical Knowledge, People Management and operations Manager skills are needed to organise the business to deal with growth.
You will ensure happiness of customers currently and in future with effective management and delivery of Projects, installations and servicing of Electronic Security, Integrated Security (networked Access, IP CCTV) or Fire and Security systems, through a team of engineers working on a customer base including hospitals and major attractions, commercial sites and warehousing, with Fire alarm and ANPR in future.
