Fire (and Secuirty) Operations Manager
Develop a business Unit (Fire and Security) for a Northern Company who are expanding to the South East/ National
Manage all aspects of a Fire alarm installation and Maintenance company and recruit managers operations including Install Manager and Service Manager -
- Good role too utilise your knowledge from working in a similar Management role for a FIA, BFPSA, Nacoss Fire Gold, BFPSA or Fire install company in UK.
You will have experience of Fire Detection and Fire Alarms. Other aspects of what the engineers do involves Fire Protection and Fire Suppression, and Security is a bonus
COMPANY - recruiting Fire Alarm Operations Manager/ Fire and Security Install Manager and Service Manager
- Company who are a market leader in Fire Protection, Fire Suppression and Fire Detection systems servicing and Installation company are expanding and want a leader in the south of UK
- Their engineers are across Midlands, so would be needin g someone who can build from basics and get the operation happening .. An interesting, challenging but rare role.
- They employ people with Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems experience and are growing into the Intruder, CCTV and Access control space also.
- They will be Servicing Fire Protection and Fire Detection systems across the UK, and require a Operations Manager to look after the Contracts, Install and Service team you will build in South.

PERSON REQUIRED for recruiting Fire Alarm Operations Manager/ Engineering Manager
- You will be managing Service and Install or through managers for your Company and running/ managing the Fire alarm Service Engineer and Install Engineers recruitment and performance. Engineers may be multiskilled or specialists also in Fire Suppression, Extinguishers, etc so any past management of these engineers a plus
- You would have had such titles as: Service Manager, Fire Alarm Service Manager, Fire Suppression Service Manager, Operations Manager, Contracts Manager, Fire and Security Manager, Engineering Manager, General Manager, Project Manager or similar (at another Fire alarm installation company)
- If you live in or near - London, Hemel Hempstead, Wembley, Harrow, St. Albans, Northampton, Luton, Milton Keynes, Twickenham, Uxbridge, Reading, Slough (or similar) and are flexible to Travel to build business and team
