Project Coordinator - Administrator (with Fire & Security Experience)
- £18,000 - £25,000 + Holidays + Pension + Nice Offices (and team!)
Successful, modern company looking for Project Co-ordinator to join their lovely, friendly (expanding) team. Currently 20+ engineers and 5+ admin and engineering support staff. Plenty of training in design and great office.
You will be valued and be able to progress or have a stable long term role if enjoy being a Project Coordinator/ Project Administrator. IF YOU have Coordinated, scheduled or organised Electronic Fire or Security Installation Engineers (Installers) then role in North Nottinghamshire could be great!
* ROLE - Project Coordinator/ Engineering Coordinator/ Project Administrator
- Install coordination of engineers so will have worked for Installation Manager or Project Manager and with Project Engineers, Installation Supervisors and Installation Engineers to get Fire Alarm or CCTV or Access Control and Intruder Alarm Installs and small works completed.
You will be organising the engineers and dealing with customers who need installation engineers to do installs of projects and upgrades of systems.
- Technical - knowledge of Fire and Security, Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Fire alarms, Fire & Security, is ESSENTIAL

*ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Project Installation Coordinator, you would be -
- organise Installation Engineers and ensure they are going to the places where they need to install Fire and Security systems.
- You will liaise with customers and engineers to ensure work is done right and deliveries and parts
- Designing Fire Alarm systems (if know or once trained)
- Using CAD or Visio drawing Packages
- use the CRM database to record activities and manage diaries.
*REQUIREMENTS (and this person will develop into Project Manager)
- Must have used MS excel to a good standard
- Must have co-ordinated Fire and Security Installs
- Must have managed or organised Installation Engineers and Subcontractors (with Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder experience)
- Prefer experience of retail rollouts in Fire and Security
