Operations Manager - Fire Alarm systems
MUST HAVE BAFE/ FIA FIRE ALARM ENGINEERING (install and Service) MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (Run Grow delivery team)

Role - for Fire Alarm Operations Manager (Engineering Manager/ Operation Manager, Head of Service, General Manager, etc)
This is an amazing opportunity if you have managed a FIA/ BAFE Fire alarm company before (to manage Service and Install Growth/ Delivery -
- Manage implementation of operating systems
- Lead Engineering, Service Manager, Installation Manager, Coordinators, and Project Managers and office staff on day to day basis (Quality, Energy and BAFE/ FIA exp key)
- Manage the ISO/ BAFE/ FIA accreditation audits and compliance and lead quality focus by example (need Fire alarm experience)
- Lead Fire Alarm Projects (Project Manager/ Project Management) and Install quality
- Manage/ Organise the Service Engineering team (fire alarm engineers to Fire Service Manager/ Operation manager/ Operations Management of)
- Manage existing clients to ensure getting the quality they require
- Support and work with Sales to ensure great delivery and response to Systems Sales Installs, or Service contract response
- Release the Owner/ Director to spend more time with clients and develop business, by reports and updating
Requirements - for the Fire Detection Operation Managers (e.g. General Managers) role
- Will have managed a BAFE/ FIA company before (so know BS standards and systems + ISO if possible)
- Will have the technical experience to be able to lead, train and show engineers if needed (e.g. have been a Fire Alarm Engineer, Fire Service Engineer, Fire alarm systems engineer or have great fire alarm knowledge)
- Experience of Installation manager / Service manager/ Engineering Manager role to ensure quality and lead team
- Commutable or based in East Midlands (UK) as well as above
