Operations Manager (Fire Stopping/ Fire Doors/ Passive Fire Protection) - Midlands
Start a Fire Door/ Fire Stopping Division for Fire Detection and Risk Assessment company in Midlands. Great Package and Lead role using - BDM, Management and Growth skills.
ROLE - Experienced Business Growth Operations Manager (Fire Stopping/ Doors)
- We have been retained to appoint a Fire Protection and Fire Stopping Operations Manager or Operations Director who has previously grown and implemented accreditations.
- Your challenge will be to expand their offering from 2 staff to a national delivery ability supplying Fire Door and passive Fire protection services to Hopsitals, Councils, Housing Associations, Hotels and users of different Fire Protection
- Full Financial support and market leading package is there for someone who has been there and done it and wants now to use their experiebce, contacts and contractor network fully
REQUIREMENTS - for Fire Door/ Passive Fire Protection Manager role
- Passive Fire Protection experience with Fire Door Installation and Maintenance is required (APPLY ONLY IF HAVE UK FIRE DOOR SKILLS AT MANAGEMENT LEVEL PLEASE)
- Experience of running a company Installing and Maintaining -
- Internal and external fire door upgrades and installation
- Fire stopping and compartmentation works
- Fire rated glazing
- Based in Midlands there are opportunities for you if you are commutable to Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham or Worcester
OTHER ROLES - Fire STOPPING/ FIRE DOOR/ PASSIVE FIRE PROTECTION (or FIRE ALARM)
- Sales BDM and Project management roles available in East Midlands and West Midlands
- if you are more commercial or technical than Operation then Sales Business Deevelopment manager and Project managers. £35000 - £65000 Packages + OTE
