**OVERVIEW of Security Systems Service Coordinator Administrator role

• To coordinate the security service engineers and alarm engineers and ensure that maintenance visits happen
• To manage stock and levels of spares
• To manage minor works quotations
• To schedule the service a nd maintenance of intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems
• To ensure work is to NSI/ NACOSS standards (Maybe have worked for SSAIB company so still know Grades of alarm, etc)
• To report on engineers' performance
• To coordinate engineers and apply the best-suited or available to workload
• To manage KPIs and Training Matrix (record training and experience of engineers.
• To apply Electronic Security Intruder regulation knowledge to advise others

**REQUIREMENTS to be right for this Security Service Administrators role

• To be based in North Kent, South East London, North East Sussex, South London or Surrey area
• Great MS Office (excel) skills for reporting and would have worked on a sheduling system such as WInsims, CASH for Windows or similar to manage maintenance work and callouts
• To have worked for a NSI or Nacoss standard security company (so understand Gradings and Intruder standards)

Stable and established Security Company seek experienced Intruder, Access Control, CCTV Security Co-ordinator to manage the Service Engineering department with Service Manager. You would learn the NSI Audits and help engineers that are already competent to Service and Fault Find on Integrated Security systems, Traditional Intruder Alarm systems (Galaxy and Texecom) are also maintained, so you would manage the security service engineers in the team and assign right skills

The company is an excellent high quality Security systems installation and maintenance organisation holding contracts with Data Centres, the Metropolitan Police, High-End Residential, Domestic and many Flagship clients in London, Surrey and Kent.

They are expanding into Fire, but have a manager with Fire Background that we placed. So only need the Electronic Security/ Intruder Alarm/ Nacoss/ NSI background to understand and work to intruder alarm and police/ BS standards when maintaining security systems . Good opportunity for a person who can manage Security Engineers and who can get to Beckenham area to work in the office there 8.30am - 5.30pm daily.
