Project Manager
New Construction (not refit) - Fire and Security - Watford to Birmingham ideal - £38000 - £45000 pa.
ONLY PROJECT MANAGERS FROM FIRE ALARM, CCTV, INTRUDER AND ACCESS INSTALLATION COMPANIES ARE REQUIRED AS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY FOR MANAGING £500K+ F&S PROJECTS
REQUIREMENTS FOR PROJECT MANAGER/ PROJECT ENGINEER POSITION (Fire and Security)
- Role - Project Manager or Project Engineer
- Duties - Project manage or project engineering of Large New build projects from Tier 1 Contractors, installing Fire & Security Projects.
- Training - SSSTS or SMSTS qualified (Will upgrade SSSTS to SMSTS if are offered the role!)
- Skills - Electronic Fire and Security Alarm Projects above £400k values (Large or Major)
- Preferred skills - Project Management experience of Data Cabling, IRS, Smoke Vent ... as well as/ integrated with Fire Alarm, IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems.
- Areas may live such as - Luton, Aylesbury, Northampton, Oxford, Bedford, Bedfordshire, Coventry, Middlesex, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, West Midlands, Warwickshire.

Being a Fire & Security Project Manager, with this company they have major plans too grow and have projects delivered such as Hospitals, Commercial Offices, Universities, Blue Chip, Multisite National Accounts etc. Your role will be to us your Major Projects and delivery experience of working for a NACOSS, BAFE installer and delivering End user or Building Contractor/ Architect, Consultant projects of Integrated Security, Networked and Addressable Fire Detection Systems.
