Engineering Coordinator - Administrator
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF ELECTRONIC SECURITY/ FIRE AND SECURITY INDUSTRY - COORDINATING ALARM ENGINEERS

Successful, modern Alarm company looking for someone new to join their lovely, friendly team of admin and engineering support staff.
* ROLE - Security ENgineer - Service Coordinator/ Engineering Coordinator -
- Service coordination of Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Access Control Service engineers, so will have worked on an engineering service desk for a NACOSS or SSAIB or Fire & Security company so have knowledge of alarms, False alarm reporting, Excel and other support administration duties for Alarms.
You will be organising the engineers and dealing with customers who need Alarm and Security System service engineers to do maintenance of Burgular Alarm, CCTV Cameras system and door entry (Fire and Security), SO SOME KNOWLEDGE supporting Security Service engineers needed,
- Technical - knowledge of Fire and Security, Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Fire alarms, Fire & Security, is needed for this role.
- MUST HAVE COORDINATED OR SCHEDULED SECURITY MAINTENANCE OR SERVICE ENGINEERS BEFORE PLEASE.

*EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -
Typical titles you may have had scheduling engineers could be -
Engineering Coordinator, Engineering Administrator, Admin, co ordinator, co-ordinator, service desk, maintenance coordinator, engineering scheduler, engineering administrator (organising Alarm engineers workload) or similar.
*ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Security Service and Engineering Coordinator you would
- organise Security Maintenance and Service Engineers rotas and ensure they are going to the places where they need to service, maintain and fix the systems.
- You will liaise with customers and engineers to ensure work is done right and on time.
- You may organise timesheets and
- use the database and excel to record activities and manage diaries.
