COULD SUIT AN ELECTRONIC SECURITY ENGINEER WITH OFFICE SKILLS LOOKING TO PROGRESS TO SURVEY AND SELL CCTV, ACCESS and INTRUDER

2 Surveyors at company are retiring and so customers to survey will become more available but you will start with at least 2 accounts and grow customer base further.

Sales Surveyors role or Account Managers role where you will survey and respond to account enquiries to price, cost and design CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems

c. £35-45k with £100k OTE + tax free Car + Experienced (Fire and Security or Electronic Security) Salesperso, Account Manager or Surveyor to follow warm leads and survey security sites* AREAS - Electronic Security Surveyor/ Sales BDM person required (East London, South London, Central London, North Kent, North Sussex or East Surrey)

* SKILLS - LEADS WILL BE GIVEN , but at least 60-80%% of the time sell and get new business and then the rest follow up and account manage clients once won. The types of business the company can fulfill range from High end domestic and house through commercials Fire and Security sales and also can install Integrated Security (so can deliver on your promises for most things that are for Intruder, Access Control, Fire alarms or Intruder alarm installation enquiries and needs. You would be taking a Customer from Cold Call / New Business (6% commission) or Initial Warm inquiry or lead through to Survey of sites, Quotes, Advice (to secure £400,000 to £1m of orders)

* BENEFITS - Car - Leads - Progression and a capable Intruder, Fire and Security and Integrated Security company to represent.

**CAREER DESCRIPTION
The NACOSS GOLD and Fire company wish for another Security Sales BDM, Business Development Manager, Security Systems Sales person, Sales Surveyor or Fire and Security Salesperson or security sales engineer who will bring in new business and follow up leads. for new Electronic Security Systems (CCTV, Intruder and Access Control).

SO ALL APPLICANTS WOULD HAVE WORKED FOR A NSI,NACOSS or SSAIB company before as a Security Engineer, Saleperson, BDM or surveyor before.

You would then (as you currently do now!), take or GET! the initial inquiry all the way through to closing the order and passing over to install or service to get the engineers to install the systems you have found/ won, quoted and Surveyed for.
Any experience of Fire Alarm Systems, etc would benefit.

**WHO DO YOU NEED for the Security Surveyor/ Electronic Security Sales role-

* Security Systems Sales, Business Development Manager, Security Sales Surveyor, Security Engineer, Security Installation Engineer, Security Service Engineer, Senior Secuirty Engineer, Fire and Security Engineer or similar

• who is based near to Dartford, Croydon, Bronley, Tonbridge or similar Surrey/ East Sussex, Kent, or East London/ South London locations

* Will already be experienced meeting potential customers and surveying to advise on correct security systems and costs.
* Will Know at least how to sell, price and quote for the 3 main electronic security systems (CCTV, Intruder and Access control) and knowledge of surveying of Fire Alarms is a bonus!)

• ideally Will be able to tender and know about Omissions, submissions (including and excluding) but will be taught if have the Security systems skills
