INSTALLATION PLANNER/ COORDINATOR

**-OVERVIEW of Installation Planner/ Coordinator -

Company install Fire alarm and Security systems and are experiencing massive growth, so would suit a person used to a busy environment and used to multitasking and working on highest priority tasks first.

-ROLE - To support, coordinate and organise workload and Engineers to ensure installs are completed and Install engineers are allocated to complete installs of Electronic, Electrical and Fire & Security equipment.

-LOCATION - Surbiton/ Kingston/ Twickenham area, South West London/ Surrey
Brilliant opportunity to join at the right time and work alongside a team of manager where you will coordinate, schedule, organise, plan and support the mobile install engineers. You will invoice, speak to customers and clients to asses work needed, internal manager liaison to allocate resources and assess priorities and liaise with installation engineers to see where they are and when they can complete the tasks. You would have experience organising engineers.

You will use Excel and a database to phone to organise, plan, support engineers plus invoicing & supplier calls.

Days will involve …
* Updating and administering an in house database and Excel)
* Recording variations, customer requests, engineering feedback and rescheduling times.
* Controlling , Scheduling and coordinating Multiple Install Engineers at one time.
* Communicating with internal managers and external customers
* Prioritising work and assigning right skills to the right faults, and rebooking if needed
* Ordering (or requesting ) any parts, equipment or stock your engineers will or do need
* Using your friendly attitude to deal with challenging situations and provide right solutions
* Engineering control and administration/ Support duties for install engineers

This is office based role supporting managing, organising and coordinating Install Engineers, and organising the supporting administration/ invoicing.

Your current title may be - Coordinator, Install Planner, Installation Coordinator, Administrator, Maintenance Administrator, Service Controller, Service coordinator, Service Support Co-ordinator, Engineering Support, Sales Support Engineering Administrator, Service Desk scheduler etc. but you would have experience coordinating mobile engineers.
