Duties - The role will involve ensuring that all Planned Preventative Maintenance works are completed in-line with company policy, British standards, and all site-specific SLA and KPI terms.

This will cover a wide range of systems from Fire detection, Access control, CCTV, Intruder detection, Emergency Lighting, Fire Suppression & Extinguisher systems, AOV & Pressurised systems, Passive Fire Protection and Graphical control systems.

Your team specialises in the following High-end Sectors; Hospitality, Education, Healthcare, Stadia and Leisure. The client base is spread across only a handful of key accounts, so the impetus is on quality of service.

You would have been a Fire and Security Service manager focused on a delivering service to a Corporate 5 Star customer base and so have good Maths, Customer Service, SLA and KPI knowledge to drive processes, reports and deliver clients needs

You maybe a Service Manager or, Engineering Manager, Account Manager with Service background, Contracts Manager or Director in a Nacoss/ NSI/ BAFE company
