- Description
Managing or Supervising the Service and/ or Small works of BMS Systems and BMS Engineers for Commercial sites such as Hospitals, Stadiums and Colleges/ Universities. - Up to £60k Basic
You would be a Building Management Systems Engineer who has moved onto Supervisory and Supervise others or could be a BMS Service Manager, BMS Systems, Engineering Manager, BMS Small works Manager or BMS Project Manager who has been engineering focused.Role is to be liaison and helpful too Manager, Clients and Engineers

- Progression if wanted*PERSON REQUIRED WILL HAVE SUPERVISED OR MANAGED BMS ENGINEERS SERVICING OR INSTALLING BMS SYSTEMS (NOT JUST HVAC)
- Will have understanding and past/ present hands on use of UK BMS Systems with experience servicing on systems such as Trend, Tridium, Niagra or Honeywell.
- Would have been Managing Engineers or Leading them as Service Supervisor, Service Manager, Project manager or Small works Manager for BMS service, installation or maintenance company ... not a Facility Manager onsite, but a 3rd party.
- Will Live in West Sussex, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Middlesex or West London/ South London to be commutable too Bagshot area/ office

They are hiring another 2x BMS Engineers, just recruited 3 others (so are doing well) and are looking for that engineering liasion and supervisor/ project/ management skill also

- £30,000 up to £45,000 (dependant on experience) +45 - £60k Earnings on top of salary
- regular salary reviews- Great Earnings on top with travel time paid, overtime and standby
- Company Car and Fuel Car provided
- Advanced Training courses for BMS service engineers on Trend or Niagra or Honeywell BMS systems
- Progress on from the Building Management Engineer role in future (if wanted)
