Moving into larger offices, setting up training facilities, massive progression for people who want it, experienced Team, pride themselves on training and will further engineers.

They seek 2x BMS Engineers to work on Commercial and large sites in London area.

*BENEFITS

- £30,000 up to £45,000 (dependant on experience) + Earnings on top of salary

- Advanced Training courses for BMS service engineers on Trend or Niagra or Honeywell BMS systems
- Progress on from the Building Management Engineer role in future (if wanted)

*PERSON REQUIRED

- Must have BMS Systems (Building Management systems or Building Controls) Experience servicing on systems such as Trend or Niagra or Honeywell

- Must live in the UK in South East England areas (to be commutable to London) so areas such as London or Home Counties like Essex, Kent, Redhill, Sussex, Buckinghamshire,Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Middlesex or Surrey - places such as twickenham, Harrow, Uxbridge, Watford, Wembley, Enfield, Esher, Guildford, Dartford, Maidstone, Barnet, Croydon, Ilford, Romford, Woodford, Kingston Upon Thames or similar (to be commutable to London).

- Would have title such as BMS Engineer, BMS Service Engineer, Building Management Engineer, Building Controls Engineer, Building Management Service Engineer, Building Controls Service Engineer, BMS systems engineer, Building Management Systems Engineer, Building Control Systems Engineer, or similar engineer servicing Trend, Honeywell BMS and/ or Niagra BMS/ HVAC systems in London.
