Fire Alarm Operations Manager - South Yorkshire - c. up to 60k + benefits/ Car

Be the Manager of Fire Alarm section/ Division FIA/ BAFE company where you will lead Projects, Sales, Commercial Activities and generate £800k pa of sales (£700k of leads given in last year!, full support from engineers... if can sell/ lead!)

Would suit someone who would see this as a ambitious or franchise opportunity, to lead a Fire Alarm company and get involved commercially to grow it further.

Requirements for Operations Manager/ Sales Manager or Head of Fire Alarms

  • Fire alarm knowledge (FIA, BAFE, BFPSA or know BS5839 etc).
  • Can do problem solver who can lead and manage Fire alarm team
  • Sales + Project skills (so would suit someone who's run own company/ team of fire alarm engineers or a Fire systems division )
  • Based commutable to Sheffield area (so Nottingham, Leeds, Manchester, etc)

Role - To manage and lead the operations and growth of Fire Alarm division

Sales background or Operations would benefit so can take enquiry or customer/ project through to hand over and grow the team/ division as if it is your business.

Can progress and grow turnover with support of parent business and utilise engineers and organise whet you need to deliver excellent Fire Detection service.

Have existing business form Tenders and sales of Fire and Security systems that company in that you can take forward and report into MD as the Head of Fire Alarms.
