OVERVIEW of Project manager (Small Works Manager - Installation Manager) - Fire Alarms role 

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Small Works Manager or Installation Manager for a Project Manager role (who knows Fire Alarm installs).

This role combines visiting office in Kent twice a week, but from Home or visiting projects as necessary the rest of the week (site visits, home planning, etc).  Your responsibilities include overseeing fire alarm system installations, Effectively communicating with engineers, subcontractors and clients &ensure quality, timely delivery, managing Projects usually up to £50,000 values, with help for larger.

Clients include Schools, Councils, Offices and Commercial/ Residential Clients

Experience to be right for Fire Alarm - Project Manager/ Small works Installation Manager role:

• Proven project management, Project Engineer, Project Manager or Install Management experience in fire alarms, Fire Detection
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems installations
• Commutable to Kent Office and then fine to manage commutable Fire alarm installation projects
