We require someone who has Call center experience so knows about SLA, KPI's, response times, interviewing and reviewing staff, training, metrics, improving customer service. MEASURING, MONITORING, MANAGEMENT!!!
The company is centralising Customer Service for their National Company and this is role to lead a Call centre and look at improvements and encourage team.
RESPONSIBILITIES - As a Call Centre Manager your key duties will include:
- Up to £65000 salary
- Permanent Benefits Package

REQUIREMENTS To be considered for the role of Call Centre Manager
- Have previous experience in a customer service manager /call centre manager role or similar.
- Commutable to Peterborough
- Be a lovely leader with a can do attitude
