Quantity Surveyor (Graduate/ Project Installer)

QS opportunity for you available due to successful project wins and the role will involve you-

• Taking Costings and Commercial estimates from Sales.
• Adding to systems and cost control software.
• Gaining accurate quotes and pricing for labour and materials
• As Contractor requesting payments for work done throughout project
• Working with Project Manager to ensure costs on track.
• Learning more Contractual so can progress skills and career.

To excel in this Installer/ Subcontractor as a Quantity Surveyor you will have -

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar Construction Management Degree
• Be commutable to London (Essex, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, North London, or East London)
• UK experience of Projects (Installation/ Construction) as a QS (Graduate Quantity Surveyor).
