Fire Alarm, Intruder experienced Manager of Service Engineers who is proactive, has Drive, who can lead and complete targets set.  A Professional Fire Detection, Fire and Security, Electronic Security or Fire & Security Service Manager to lead the team of c. 10 Service engineers, inspire too complete the work necessary through team to ensure services are completed in required times as per standard

OPPORTUNITY for Alarm Service Manager/ Manager of Fire or Security Service Engineers
To Lead a team from you being a Senior Service Engineer, Service Supervisor, Service Team leader (with Management skills)... or as you do now as Service Manager.   If you are micro managed, or work with a unispiring company... use your ability to get things done and apply so can lead rather than following.

You can show your skills here and manage the team, but also lead the Fire Alarm Engineers and Security Engineers, by showing them best practice, leading and helping them by ensuring they are Trained right, have the tools if are capable.

• £40000 - £50000 pa (Dependant on level of management experience and ability to deliver reactive and planned services on time)

• Lead and Manage Fire Alarm, and Intruder Service Engineer
• Help customers and colleagues with communication and update to progress services
• Lead any training the Engineers need, provide support, tools and ensure are capable to service, maintain and fault find to the required British standards, by leading and managing them.
• Travel to office in East Midlands and be there as much as necessary/ wanted (opportunity for some hybrid work in future, or be out to visits and engineer/ customer review... or be office based)

  • Previous BAFE/ FIA/ BS5839/ NSi company experience - Managing Service Engineers

  • Be based in or commutable to East Midlands (e.g. Leicester, South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, North East Birmingham, Staffordshire, etc)
