Position Overview: for Project Manager/ Contracts Manager - Mechanical Fire Protection 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager/Contracts Manager to join our team in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical fire protection projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you have a background in pipework projects and preferably experience in fire protection, fire and security, or gas suppression installation management, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:Lead and manage mechanical fire protection projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.

   

• Contract Management:Ensure that contracts are administered effectively, including reviewing contract terms, negotiating changes, and maintaining positive client relationships.

   

• Budget Control:Monitor project budgets, control costs, and prepare financial reports to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.

   

• Reporting:Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

   

Experience Required: for Project Manager/ Contracts Manager - Mechanical Fire Protection 

• Proven experience in project management and contract management for mechanical pipework projects.

   

• Preferably, experience in fire protection, fire and security, or gas suppression installation management.

   

• Strong knowledge of construction and fire protection industry standards and regulations.

   

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
