Job Description for Small works Manager/ Project Manager/ Project Engineer - Fire Alarm installs - Middlesex/ Surrey/ Berkshire

As a Fire Alarm Small works Manager, you will oversee smaller £1k - 100k fire alarm, fire detection, and life safety system projects. You will delegate as a Project Engineer or Small works Manager to your install teams and contractors, delegate, and ensure quality and safety standards as you have done before.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small works projects from enquiry to finishing of installs
• delegate to install teams.
• Meet project deadlines.
• Provide project updates.
• Mitigate risks.
• Efficiently allocate resources.
• Maintain project documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Knowledge of BS5839 Fire Detection and Life Safety Project install
• In-depth system Fire Alarm systems knowledge.
• Project Engineer/ Install experience - of Fire alarm systems in UK.
