Operations Manager - Edinburgh - Fire and Security - c. £50k+ Progress!

Job Summary: We Seek an Operations Manager with Fire & Security experience (Install and Service) to oversee engineering operations, ensure right equipment given out, Check projects are going well and manage in MD's stead allowing Director to sell and grow company. Looking for a right hand person, who can attend events with owner, consult in decision making and and contribute to company growth. Path to Director role within 3 years and exciting upbeat role.
Would have experience running Operations as Operations Director, Operations Manager, General Manager, Engineering Manager - in UK Fire and Security (e.g, NACOSS/ NSI/ SSAIB/ BAFE) so would know Intruder Alarm and Fire Alarms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment and resources to stock engineers vans
- Ensure quality work, Project delivery and safety.
- Improve/ maintain operational processes and efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic planning with MD
- Participate in innovation discussions.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics.
- Support team development and training.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in fire and security operations management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills and planning.
- Technical skills so know about stock and fire and security alarms
- Keen to manage yes... but also grow a Alarm company further
- Commutable to Edinburgh, Scotland
