Sales Manager (of 12) - Fire and Security - East Midlands - £55-60k + £20k + Car/ A
Benefits for Sales Manager (if Fire Alarm or Fire & Security team Managed before)
- No Personal target, but leading team currently c. £12m pa
- £55000 - £60000 with Bonus expected c. £20kpa = £85000 realistic

Role for Sales Manager (Team selling Fire and Security, AOV, Smoke Vent, Fire Alarms, etc)
- Manage Sales team of Fire and Security BDM and Account Managers selling maintenance, for Housing Associations/ Social Housing across Midlands and London regions
- Dealing with national associations/ social housing (this exp. preferred, but not essential)
- Leading team based in Midlands and 2nd team in London area
- To use sales management skills too review, help and support Sales BDM's and Surveyors to achieve their targets and meet your target.
- Account Manage and deal with Accounts/ Customers when needed
- Coach and mentor team
- Have 2-3 days supporting Team in Midlands and 1-2 days with London team.
Requirements - Sales Manager within Fire Alarm or Fire & Security (Based East Midlands)
- Fire Alarm or Fire & Security knowledge (BAFE, FIA, NACOSS/ NSI, etc), so understand what are selling and importance of it
- Managed a Sales Team to multi million target achievement pa
- Be Based commutable to Birmingham/ East Midlands
