National Operations Director - Fire and Security - North West & National 

£100k+ Fire and Security Operations leadership role to structure business, open branches, mentor General Managers whilst Managing Director deals with strategy and building verticals to expand business to £50m turnover.

*ROLE BRIEF - MUST be Fire and Security at National Director Level for this role.

Great role for someone to take strategy and implement change, expand operations, support senior management development mentoring too ensure the quality of processes and procedure and people match the quality of delivery.

You would have experience of a similar multi Branch, region or National role supporting Managing Director and managing growth of a £10m+ business in Fire Detection (Fire Alarm), Electronic Security (Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Access Control), Fire & Security, so would know challenges of implementing growth and increasing P&L.

• You would be an Operations Director, National Operations Manager, UK Director of Operations, Managing Director, or similar National role
• Experience working in a Electronic Security (CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Access Control), Fire alarms, Fire Detection company in UK
• Managed a growing P&L or a larger circa £20million - £50million
