Role for Sales Manager (Fire and Security, AOV, Smoke Vent, Fire Alarms, etc)

• To lead a team of 8 in Sales of Fire and Security systems and maintenance, for Housing Associations/ Social Housing across North of England and Midlands.
• To use sales management skills too review, help and support Sales BDM,s and Surveyors to achieve targets.
• To account Manage and deal with Account Directors at a high level
• To lead a team of 8 and maintain target this year, with growth next.

Requirements - Sales Manager within Fire Alarm or Fire & Security (in Midlands)

• Fire Alarm or Fire & Security knowledge (BAFE, FIA, NACOSS/ NSI, etc), so understand what are selling and importance of it
• Managed a Sales Team to multi million target achievement pa
• Be Based in Northampton to Leeds, Birmingham to Manchester (for Midlands region)
