Contract Manager - Fire and Security (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access, etc)
- AMAZING TEAM TO JOIN AS OPERATIONS MANAGER
- USE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
- LARGE CLIENTS + LOTS OF SUPPORT + 10-15 ENGINEERS
REQUIREMENTS for TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER/ CONTRACT MANAGER
- Fire Alarm and or Electronic Security knowledge
- Commutable to Middlesex/ Surrey areas (West M25)
- Led Fire and Security (or either) Installation Engineers technically
- Managed Customers needs so have account management skills
- Good numeracy and financial skills (pricing, renewals, etc)

- c. £45000 - £55000 salary level
- c. £5-6k for car allowance

ROLE - for TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER/ CONTRACT MANAGER
This company have large sites, great team of supportive people and are organised and customer focused delivering installation manager/ Project management for companies/ sites and Projects as they install Fire and Security
To apply you will have worked for a BAFE, NSI, SSAIB or FIA company so would have been Fire Alarm or Electronic Security Project Manager, Contract Manager, Contracts Manager or Fire & Security Operations Manager possibly who is doing as good with Account Management/ financials as well as technically able to support your Fire and Security Engineer staff.
f you are commutable to Woking, Surrey, or similar location for an office 2-3 times a week (then rest on site or with customers, etc) then this could be great role for you if you are Project Managing, Contacts Manager or Operations Manager in Fire and Security. All projects and sites are West M25 so great work life balance
