Contracts and Operations Manager - Fire Alarm - Grow - OTE £80k
Use your years of Fire Alarm skills to grow a company with full support. Using your contacts &skills to win and deliver projects
MUST HAVE BAFE/ FIA FIRE ALARM ENGINEERING (install and Service) MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (Grow business and orders)

- Salary - £45000 - £55000 + Gross Bonus on contracts brought in
- Area - East Midlands (Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, South Yorkshire, Staffordshire, Birmingham)
- Package - Car Allowance/ Holidays/ Laptop, etc
Role - for Fire Alarm Contracts Manager (Business Manager, Technical Sales Operations Manager, etc)
This is an amazing opportunity if you have managed a FIA/ BAFE Fire alarm company before (to manage Service and Install Growth-
- Manage Accounts and Contracts brought in to grow company and help your old or new customers get better service
- Bring in and Manage Customers who want Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression or Fire Extinguisher service or Install projects to maintain or upgrade their systems
- Manage the ISO/ BAFE/ FIA accreditation audits and compliance and lead quality focus by example (need Fire alarm experience)
- Influence Fire Alarm Projects (Project Manager/ Project Management) and Install quality
- Manage existing clients to ensure getting the quality they require
- Support and work with Sales to ensure great delivery and response to Systems Sales Installs, or Service contract response
- develop business, reports and updates to grow company further
Requirements - for the Fire Detection Contracts Managers (e.g. Growth Business Managers) role
- Will have managed a BAFE/ FIA company before (so know BS standards and systems + ISO if possible) or have the Sales Manager experience and be able to design and grow the business with efforts/ and or contacts
- Commutable or based in East Midlands (UK) as well as above
