Job Specification:

You will office based at our Mansfield office located at Lancaster House, Millennium Business Park, Mansfield Nottinghamshire, NG19 7DW and report directly to the Sales Director.

Although the role is all encompassing you daily tasks will include:

·        Provision of technical design drawings and take off schedules to the sales operations team for the following systems:

o   Intruder Detection

o   Fire Detection

o   Fire Extinguishers

o   Access Control

o   Disabled Refuge

o   StaffGuard Conflict Management

o   Security Fogging

o   Any other security and life safety system that we require.

Candidates Skills and Attributes:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following qualities and experience:

·        A technical degree Is required - preferably with an electrical/ electronics bias.

·        Be experienced in the use of MS Visio and/or CAD.

·        Be experienced in the use of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

·        Be accurate and efficient in handling data.

·        Must have a friendly and outgoing personality.

·        Have a pleasant and professional telephone manner.

·        Must be confident when dealing with sales people, customers and management.

·        Be adaptable and flexible in working arrangements.

·        Having the right values to fit in with our current team and can work in a fast-moving environment.

Salary:

The starting salary will be £22,000 - £25,000  This will be reviewed at the end of the first year and a commission scheme will be introduced to enhance pay to £30,000 - £35,000 p.a.

Your holiday entitlement is 20 days plus bank holidays. This will rise to 22 days following 2 years’ service with the company.

Training (Rare career path and investment for a Graduate with above skills and preferable Electronic, Electrical Degree:

You will receive on the job training and will complete the following courses within 18 months of joining the company.

1.      Fire Systems Design Course (4 Days with examination)

2.      Product training on all systems that could be included within any given design.

3.      MS Visio/CAD.

4.      Inhouse pricing systems.

5.      Big  Change ERP System

6.      Agile CRM System

Training will be reviewed on an ongoing basis and any additional training required will be provided.
