**OVERVIEW of Engineering Service Coordinator/ Service Administrator role

• To coordinate the security service engineers and alarm engineers and ensure that maintenance visits happen
• To manage stock and levels of spares
• To manage minor works quotations
• To schedule the service and maintenance of alarms, CCTV and access control systems
• To ensure work is to standards
• To report on engineers' performance
• To coordinate engineers and apply the best-suited or available to workload
• To manage KPIs and Training Matrix (record training and experience of engineers)

**REQUIREMENTS to be right for this Engineer Service Administrators/ Co-ordinator role

• To be based commutable to Hucknall (North Nottinghamshire area)
• Great MS Office skills and would have worked on a scheduling or database system such as Winsims, CASH for Windows, Alarm master or similar to manage maintenance work and callouts for Technical Service Engineers or Installation Engineers
