Engineering Coordinator - Administrator (Apply if have coordinated M or E Service engineers)

- £18,000 - £20,000 + £2,000 Bonus + Holidays + Pension + Nice Offices (and team!)

Successful, modern company looking for 2 Co-ordinators to join their lovely, friendly (expanding) team. Currently 20+ engineers and 5+ admin and engineering support staff. Plenty of training and great office. As long as have Coordinated, scheduled or organised Service Engineers then could be great!

* ROLE - Service Coordinator/ Engineering Coordinator/ Engineer Administrator

- Service coordination of engineers so will have worked on an engineering service desk.

- You will be organising the engineers and dealing with customers who need service engineers to do maintenance of systems.

- Technical - This is electro-mechanical so any knowledge of Facilities Management systems, Airconditioning, Fire and Security, Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Fire alarms, Fire & Security, Building Management Systems (BMS), hvac, escalators, lifts, etc would be useful engineers to have co-ordinated.

- MUST HAVE COORDINATED OR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE OR SERVICE ENGINEERS BEFORE PLEASE - Mechanical, M&E, Electrical or Fire Alarm, or Intruder, CCTV, Access, etc.

*EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -

Engineering Coordinator, Engineering Administrator, Admin, co ordinator of Service Engineers, co-ordinator, service desk, maintenance coordinator, engineering scheduler, engineering administrator (organising engineers workload) or similar.

- You would have coordinated M&E, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical or fire alarm or security service engineers

As a Engineering Service Coordinator, you would

• organise Maintenance and Service Engineers rotas and ensure they are going to the places where they need to service, maintain and fix the systems.
• You will liaise with customers and engineers to ensure work is done right and on time.
• You may organise timesheets and
• use the CRM database to record activities and manage diaries.
