Major Project Manager - Fire and Security

If have worked on £500k+ Fire and Security Projects with Contractors then this could be great for CV and interesting role as a £3m (dont panic!) and 7 x £500k value projects (not at same time) for the future.

ROLE - for Security and Fire or Fire and Security Project Manager

The Projects involve Fire Alarm, CCTV, Door Entry, Access Control, IT, Data, AV and are mostly mulir residence buildings (Flats) in outer london - e.g Southall, Stratford (and other locations not starting with S).

If you are working for a NACOSS or BAFE company where have knowedge and experience delivering projects, defending position from contractors and suppliers on major projects, and commutable to London please apply as lovely hardworking team see Project Manager.

£45000 - £55000 pa salaries expected

+ Company Vehicle + BUPA + Pension + Holidays, etc

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of Fire and Security (Alarms, CCTV, Intruder, Access Control)
• Experience working with Consultants and Major Contractors
• Health and Safety Paperwork/ Meetings
• Ensuring standards and designs correct
• Overseeing project profitability
• Liaising with fire and security engineers and sub contractors departments
• Carrying out RAMS
