Fire and Security Project Manager
£45 - £55k with lead role as small company becomes bigger and you are 1 st Project Manager there
As a dual skilled Security Project Manager (Mainly) and Fire Alarm Project Manager you would be able to work on £10k to £1m Projects as this growing company expand and win more Projects like the £100k, 200k and 700k they have and £1m to land, hence interesting South London role for you

- Salary - £45000 - £55000 (Dependant on need/ skills - CCTV, Access, Intruder, Data and Fire)

- Future - As above, Sales and Projects are coming in... now need delivery and grow from that
- Location - Projects in London (Battersea, M25, some smaller in South East sometimes too)
*Requirements for Fire and Security Project Manager
Kent, Surrey or South London candidates preferred as Battersea, London and Crystal Palace may be locations to travel too, but if commutable a few times a week then Project Managers with Fire and Security experience could live in Essex, Sussex, Hertfordshire, Middlesex if commutable/ will travel.
We are seeking someone with the technical, with the financial and CDM Project Management skills ... but as important is the flexibility, ability to get involved and work on large and small projects too.
If you know the max distance can run Cat5 cables, How many heads per loop, Know CDM regs and are as enthusiastic closing a £10k as a £1million value project... then this could be the place for you

This is a smaller company, but technically expert at CCTV and Access Integrated Security, with a 30 year Intruder Alarm Business and full capability/ accreditations to Install Fire Alarm systems too.

As a Fire and Security Project Manager you will be talking the Fire, Intruder, CCTV, Access Control & Intercom systems from Sales to installation so Design, contract conditions, CDM, pricing, RAMS, O&M's, Pricing of variations, Deal with RFI's, Chase payments, complete paperwork and handover.
