Operations Manager - £40-50k+ Datacom/ Structured Cabling Installation Manager/ Director role
Run, Managed or owned a Datacom Installation company or Data cabling process/ stage/ Install for Fire and Security? IF SO so can set up for or bring your business too (possibility of sale/ buying an existing business), this Fire and Security company and set up the national installation capability for them to 1 st fix and cable sites (rather than them subcontract out),

- £40000 - £50000 - Dependant on experience/ Subcontractor or structure to grow division
- Director/ Shares within a few years (Looking for Long term partner and leader of division)

- Not a Sales role (unless have contacts and abilities in area), so a growth and implementation
- Work as a project Manager, Operations Manager, Installation Manager, and use (if you have them your commissioning, design and installation) skills, in a Senior or Directors role.
Experience required - for Fire and Security/ datacoms Operations Manager/ Project Manager role
- have RUN and able to START UP or MANAGE GROWTH of a Datacom, structured cabling, CAT5, CAT6, Datacoms, Data Cabling, voice and Data, data and voice Installation business. WOULD HAVE BEEN
- Experienced Managing as Operations Manager and know all elements of Structured Cabling
- Would have grown and run own business Installing Datacoms, so could do the same again (this may have been focused on data, or for a Fire & Security company at Installation stages.

Summary - This profitable business installs and commissions Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms and seeks to manage the quality and availability of this stage of the Installation and Project Manager process and so would be a division of existing company and they have plenty of Projects to Install for
Locations - The company operate between Manchester to London and so commutable to Derbyshire would be ideal (Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, East Midlands, West Midlands, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Staffordshire, but also Bedfordshire, Manchester, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire or even London, Middlesex or Hertfordshire may be areas could live
