Administrator and Social Media/ Website Coordinator - Surbiton area (Surrey/ SW London)

OFFICE ADMIN AND SOCIAL MEDIA - CV SHOULD SHOW EXPERIENCE OF BOTH IN CURRENT OR PAST ROLE

- £20,000 - £30,000 + Holidays + Pension + Nice Offices and with car parking space or near Bus/ Train stops.

Successful, small company in engineering Installation and Maintenance are looking for someone new to join their friendly team to manage Social media and do office Admin.

*ROLE - Office Admin and Social Media and Website Administrator

Dual or combined role so both on and offline Administration and Support duties

• Office Admin - Work with the Office Manager and Managing Director to coordinate the administration, paperwork, general office duties and support the engineering staff who Install or service Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms (Fire and Security systems).
• Website and Social media Admin - manage the websiite and add content to that and social sites to blog, market and promote the company as Marketing Assistant

*REQUIREMENTS for Office Admin and Social Media and Website Administrator

You would have experience with general administration, social media accounts and if possible updating a companies website (but if have Word/ Microsoft Office skills is fine).
