Engineering Coordinator - Service Administrator - Surbiton area (Surrey/ SW London)

- £21,000 - £30,000 + Holidays + Pension and Nice Offices near Train/ Bus and has Car space.

Successful, modern company looking for someone new to join their lovely, friendly team. Would work with Office Manager and Managing Director to coordinate the administration, paperwork, invoicing, quotes and direct engineering staff who Install or service, Electrical, Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms (Fire and Security)

YOU WOULD HAVE COORDINATED SERVICE ENGINEERS, MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS or TRADES such as ELECTRICIANS, PLUMBERS or FACILITIES MAINTENANCE - so would have database entry, scheduling and admin skills too.

* ROLE - Service Coordinator/ Engineering Coordinator -

- Service coordination of engineers so will have worked on an engineering service desk or organised engineering support for service engineers. You will be organising the engineers and dealing with customers who need maintenance of their systems.

- Technical - This is electro-mechanical so any knowledge of Facilities Management systems, Airconditioning, HVAC, Fire and Security, Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Fire alarms, Fire & Security, Building Management Systems (BMS), escalators, lifts, etc would be useful but NO TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY

- MUST HAVE COORDINATED OR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE OR SERVICE ENGINEERS BEFORE PLEASE.

Typical titles you may have had scheduling engineers could be -

Engineering Coordinator, Engineering Administrator, Admin, co ordinator, co-ordinator, service desk, maintenance coordinator, service coordinator, engineering scheduler, engineering administrator (organising engineers workload) or similar.

*ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Engineering Service Coordinator, you would

• organise Maintenance and Service Engineers rotas and ensure they are going to the places where they need to service, maintain and fix the systems.
• You will liaise with customers and engineers to ensure work is done right and on time.
• You may organise timesheets
• use the database to record activities and manage diaries.
• Deal with quotations and invoicing after works completed
