Office near Beaconsfield, Buckingham and £40-45k + Car or allowance !

- Commutable to Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire (and 30% out of office)

Manage from Initial enquiry to completion of installation for either -
- Fire Detection (Fire Alarms, Fire Suppression)
- Fire Protection (Sprinklers, etc
You will have experience of either industry and may be titled a Surveyor, project engineer, project manager, or similar but will be find with taking customers from initial enquiry through surveying, winning order and project management of projects up to £100,000 with a usual small works project management of £5000 value jobs/ orders.

Company who are a market leader in Fire Protection, Fire Suppression and Fire Detection/ Fire Alarm systems as well as Kitchen Suppression - they have a role due to current person going travelling and can be focused either on Sprinklers or Alarms.

They offer c. £43,000 salary + a full benefits package + Bonus + Car/ pension, etc.
*MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-Ordination of all installation related works, using our own Fire Protection or Fire Detection engineers or approved subcontractors only. Monitor all aspects of the work and ensure completion and update database/ system accordingly
- Ensure timely and accurate production of monthly/weekly and ad hoc reports and distribute accordingly.
- Liaise with subcontractors and internal departments as required
- Maintain the tariff pricing and cost spreadsheet for Sprinkler/ Fire Suppresison Systems or Fire Detection
- Complete all after service quotations (ASQ) generated from our engineers, using agreed format and cost sheet.
- Receive all Fire system sales enquires, and complete site surveys as needed
- Chase all quotes on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to maintain/increase conversion.
- Complete monthly reports for management covering forecast/sales output
