Recruitment company in llanelli seeking an enthusiastic good communicator who can use a computer and will be confident talking on phone whilst updating a database. The role is too understand jobseekers needs and feed this through database and discussion to Recruitment Consultant of who is looking and has the skills, attitude, qualifications for the Clients and jobs we find people for.

Job brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive/ Resourcer (Fancy title) someone good talking on the phone (listening as much or even more than speaking) to contribute in finding suitable candidates for the jobs we are trying to fill for clients.

You will be responsible for updating database of available candidates with specific skills, managing tasks/ calendar and maintaining good relationships so jobseekers want to use us over competitors or call us first when next they are lookng for work.

An effective telesales representative must be

- an excellent communicator

- be able to be friendly and build rapport/ friends

- have superior people skills.

- be comfortable talking about products or services over the phone.

The goal is to help the consultants with Leads, screened candidates and filter calls.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing candidates to inform them about our jobs
• Answer questions about jobs, the benefits of applying or our company
• Ask questions to understand candidates requirements and close for committment
• Direct companies recruiting to the consultant/ sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in our database
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information whilst talking

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role (preferred - although if can use a MS office/ computer prob can dial a phone)
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales goals preferably over the phone (would be great as if cant find us more people to assist no point really)
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/ explain them to prospects (sales background great, but customer service and enthusiasm is key)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills (would be great and help you progress)
• The ability to resolve issues (life is all about solving problems unfortunately)
• Would love good English skills (verbal and written) - but spellcheckers exist!

Team

2 Person company in Llanelli location (near playking in Dafen) in great offices. So ability to have a string work ethic, sense of humour (within reason) and determination to be more than you are would be great as training is available and can progress to Recruitment Consultant (Sales) or Lead a Resourcing team (Customer Service) are future progression opportunities. Gym 200m, Lovely office, great view and support.
