Fire Alarm Systems Sales Manager/ Fire Alarm Sales
£30k - £60k with uncapped Earning £90 - £120k (Current) + Vehicle and BenefitsMy client is a Fire Detection and Fire Alarm installation and maintenance Engineering company seeking a Fire Alarm Manager to work from Office in Midlands.
They are looking for someone to lead and manage the Fire Alarm Sale Team as Fire Alarm Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity not only due to the excellent package, uncapped OTE and excellent offices, but also that the MD is very supportive.
The package you would receive is flexible dependant on where you are in skills/ career.
This role would suit 1 of 3 types of people -
1. A Fire Alarm Systems Sales person or BDM with the desire to Manage and hopefully some team leading or sales responsibility for other Fire Alarm Sales people already. Sales background would be £450,000 - £850,000 in sales generated usually
2. A Fire Alarm Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager or Fire and Security Sales Manager with management and Systems sales abilities so can manage others where you would be used to selling 500k + and having other sales people working for you generating £250,000 - £750,000 in sales to provide £1.5 million or more as a team.
3. You may be a general Manager, Director of a Fire alarm Installation Company, owner or Managing Director of a company where you still sell Fire Alarm Systems, and are not looking for the business management but are keen on the Sales management.
The company would be keen on Growth, but this can be achieved and is budgeted for) through hiring and improving performance of more Fire Detection Sales people either from Fire Alarm manufacturer sales backgrounds or from Fire Alarm System Sales backgrounds, so can grow team as well as total sales and increase results/ earnings.Package/ Benefits -
Open to discussion but expect someone to require- £30,000 - £60,000 as Salary
- Uncapped but £90,000 - £120,000 Earnings at least
- C Class Mercedes, 3 Series BMW (or better if required), or car allowance
- Great Office
- Experienced reputable team and company
- Stable and performing team
- c. £100,000 earned in this role for last 3 years (so real figures)
- Benefits package to be agreed to suit.
