Contract Manager (with Fire/ BMS (Trend or similar) experience) - £45000 - £60000

- Role for/ if you are a Building Management Systems Contract Manager
The role will require you to help customers and internal BMS Project Manager levels to deliver the right standards and quality for projects and manag contractual obligations
Many of the projects are for large scale, multi-campus institutions, or critical infrastructure so role may include tender specification reviews, developing technical solutions and assisting writing proposals, but Contract Management is key function.
- Requirements to be right for the Contracts Managers role (BMS/ Fire)- Great customer liaison and long term contract management skills
- Great Maths and literacy skills
- Process driven approach - SLA, KPI and Reporting are not a chore
- Commercial and contractually astute Contract Manager (from the Building Management Systems/ Facilities Management industry (with Building controls exp.)
- Commutable to Surrey, Hampshire and West London when needed
