Customer Service Representative - Llanelli - Recruitment
(Trainee Recruitment Consultant/ Telesales Executive)
£16500 - £18500 + Commission of 2.5% to 10% when helping find people jobs- Benefits - Pension, Training, Time Off, Progression, Traditional, Early, Late (flexible or part time hours considered to get the most wonderful people here!)
Lovely Office in Llanelli, Carmathenshire, working for growing Recruitment and part of an expanding telephone based sales team and resourcers/ researchers helping recruit
If you have good communication skills (written and verbal), you care (help others), you are creative (can do), and are interested in an office role using MS office tools (Word, Excel, outlook), updating a CRM database, and communicating by phone (please call).
You will use email , text, social sites so please show you care, can communicate and are creative and show us those communication skills by contacting us if live in area.
Eley Solutions Ltd has been established for a few years and now is growing to meet the demand of customers for more of the great Care, Communication and Creativity we provide, so we need more people who can/ will either do a sales or resourcing role.
We have courses, training and a MD who has 21 years experience, so can help you achieve good earnings, improvement in your ability to sell, find and help others recruit.
You dont have to have had a telesales, resourcer, recruitment consultant, tele sales or phone based customer service role before, but would be able to 1. Use a computer, 2. enjoy talk with people (over phone or in writing), 3. be willing to work hard and learn
What you will do- Contact potential or existing candidates
- Ask questions to understand jobseekers
- Pass leads to sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information
- Keep records of calls and sales
... Generally help people (including yourself) to improve their jobs. Sounds good right!
