- Role for/ if you are a Fire and Security Contract Manager
a varied role that includes managing, doing or involvement in the following areas:- Account Management - Customer and financial
- Project Management - Of Project Manager and progressing
- Presales - Estimation and Technical Sales Support
- Technical System Design - Proposals and Surveys
- Project Financials / QS duties
- Project Mobilisation and Management
The role will require you to help customers and internal Fire and Security Project Manager levels to deliver the right standards and quality for projects from small £10,000 level up to £500,000 usually (even though are on larger overall sites.
Projects maybe straight forward fire alarm upgrade works, to multi campus, fully Integrated graphics packages and could be Fire Alarm, Fire and Security or Integrated Security systems technically and commercially will be with long term clients.
Many of the projects are for large scale, multi-campus institutions, or critical infrastructure so role may include tender specification reviews, developing technical solutions and assisting writing proposals, but Contract Management is key function.
- Requirements to be right for the Contracts Managers role (Fire & Security)- Great customer liaison and long term contract management skills
- Great Maths and literacy skills
- Process driven approach - SLA, KPI and Reporting are not a chore
- Commercial and contractually astute Contract Manager (from the Fire & Security sector
- Commutable to Surrey, Hampshire and West London when needed
