Engineering Administrator/ Co ordinator to coordinate the Security Service engineers - Enfield - £20-24k + benefits.

• Company - Established over 20 years and who fix security systems (CCTv, Alarms, etc)

Daily tasks for the Engineering Service Coordinator will include:
* Sending jobs to engineers
* Monitoring and following through to completion of jobs
* Preparing Invoicing
* Preparing quotes to customers
* Liaising with suppliers/contractors
* Booking of appointments for customers; for servicing maintenance of alarm systems
* Preparing daily report for director
* Liaising with staff regarding telephone queries and messages
* Control of monitoring accounts and applying for specific customer information
* Liaising with office manager and HR dept. when necessary
* Updating of in house CASH system (training will be provided)
* Assisting with stock control and general office duties when required
* Development into arranging installation works may be required, which will include liaising with Contracts Manager/Director on site works

A large portion of the day is spent on the telephone, so a good patient manner is vital in this role. It is a fast paced job and a hands on approach is required. We have a supportive welcoming team too.

Somebody who has - coordinated and scheduled engineers work, preferable security service engineers who you send and organise to fix CCTV, Intruder Alarm or Access Control systems.

• Based in the area - Enfield Office so commutable to it please (Greater Anglia line, if by train).
• Be keen to learn - use CASH bespoke database systems so ability to use this or something similar like alarm master, winsims, etc to coordinate and support security engineers is great.
