**-OVERVIEW of Security Service Administrator/ Engineering Service Coordinator role -
Company install Security systems and are experiencing massive growth, so would suit a person used to a busy environment and used to multitasking and working on highest priority tasks first.

-ROLE - To support, coordinate and organise workload and Engineers to ensure maintenance are completed and service engineers are allocated to complete maintenance and service of Electronic, and Fire & Security equipment.

-LOCATION - near Rickmansworth, Watford, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire areas
Pinner, Northwood, Chalfornt St Peter, Amersham, Pinner, Uxbridge, Harrow, good locations possible High Wycombe or Hemel Hempstead, Elstree or Gerards Cross.

Brilliant opportunity to join at the right time and work alongside a team of manager where you will coordinate, schedule, organise, plan and support the mobile service engineers. You will invoice, speak to customers and clients to asses work needed, internal manager liaison to allocate resources and assess priorities and liaise with service engineers and maintenance engineers to see where they are and when they can complete the tasks. You would have experience organising engineers.

You will use a database to phone to organise, plan, support engineers plus invoicing & supplier calls.
Days will involve …

* Updating and administering an in house database and Excel)
* Recording variations, customer requests, engineering feedback and rescheduling times.
* Controlling , Scheduling and coordinating Multiple Service Engineers at one time.
* Communicating with internal managers and external customers to get faults fixed
* Prioritising work and assigning right skills to the right faults, and rebooking if needed
* Ordering (or requesting ) any parts, equipment or stock your engineers will or do need
* Using your friendly attitude to deal with challenging situations and provide right solutions
* Engineering control and administration/ Support duties for maintenance/ service engineers

This is office based role supporting managing, organising and co-ordinating Security Service Engineers (Intruder, CCTV , Access Control) and organising supporting them.
Your current title may be - Service Coordinator, service co ordinator, service administrator, Maintenance Administrator, Service Controller, Service coordinator, Service Support Co-ordinator, Engineering Support, Sales Support Engineering Administrator, Service Desk scheduler etc. but you would have experience coordinating mobile service engineers.
