*OVERVIEW - Fire and Security company seeks Manager for technical and Client support

• Electronic Security company seek a Technical Manager, Technical Support Manager or Security Installation Manager who has good client and technical Management skill
• Surrey Based so should be able to commute to office near Northolt, Middlesex area
• CCTV, Intruder, Access Experience (and Fire alarms or FIA training would be good)

*TYPES OF APPLICANT - NACOSS technical Manager or Senior Engineer experience

• NSI/ NACOSS experienced Technical manager who knows intruder, CCTV, etc
• Excellent role for a. Ex engineer with account and customer management skill
• Security Systems Installation Manager who enjoys solving Clients technical queries
• Or Security Engineering Manager who has managed the technical support activities

*OPPORTUNITY - For electronic security experienced person to be Technical Manager

Opportunity to join Fire and Security Company and give Technical Support to mainly the Customers and be the technical point of contact. Main Focus is on Intruder and CCTV, but the company are surveying Fire systems and will be accredited for BAFE/ FIA soon enough.
There is room for this role to be a full focus Technical Manager role, or could suit an Installation Manager with client and Surveying experience or a Senior Security Engineer (as structure is flexible and could accommodate Managers with different strengths here

*JOB DESCRIPTION - Fire and Security Technical Manager/ Security Technical Manager

You will support the Customers and ensure they know how to use systems, there queries are answered and the internal systems, technologies and engineers are good enough.
You may check or ensure Security Installation engineers are trained and work to the required standards. You may be titled a Technical Manager, technical Support Manager, Senior Engineer, Installation Manager, or similar in current Electronic Security Senior role.
You will know Nacoss/ NSI standards for Electronic Security systems (BS standards) and have experience at Senior Engineer or ideally Installation Manager/ Technical Manager level

*OPPORTUNITY - Fire and Security Technical Manager/ Security Technical Manager

- Installation manager/ Technical Manager - £35,000 - £40,000 + Holiday + pension + Car
- Senior Security Engineer/ Senior Fire and Security Engineer - £32,000 to £35,000 + Either
