Apply if have experience working for a Fire and Security company who work to standards such as BAFE, NSI, NACOSS, etc. Fire and Security exposure needed
You may be in a Fire Detection/ Fire Alarm or Electronic Security (CCTV, Intruder alarm or Access Control) installation or maintenance company now.
Typical titles you may have had (in a Fire & Security company) could be -
Sales Support, Sales administration, Sales Administrator, Engineering Coordinator, Fire and Security Scheduler, Admin, Fire & Security co ordinator, Office Manager, PA, P.A. Personal Assistant, Designer or as Design Support or similar role supporting Fire Alarm, Fire Detection, Electronic Security or Fire and Security sales people then please apply to see if we can improve you career prospects and job.*ROLE OVERVIEW
1. There are 2 roles and 1 will - support the Estimation Manager, Sales Manager and Design Manager for a Fire and Security company who sell CCTV, Intruder alarm and Access Control Security systems. You will help with quotes and admin support
You will be experienced -- scheduling appointments
- preparing bids and tenders
- compliing quotes and proposal invoices
- processing sales orders
- creating job packs and compiling information for security install team
- Following up on tenders within allotted times
- updating sales forecast
2. Personal Assistant - You will support a director and will act as a PA to enable work to continue and diary management whilst they travel and are in meetings.
The fire and Security experience is a plus but if you have supported salespeople of other electronic or engineering systems you may be considered especially if you are near the Richmond, Teddington, Molesey, Hampton Wick, Kingston, Chessington, South West London/ Surrey areas.
**SUMMARY
